2024 Year 12 Month 7 Day In order to relieve work pressure and create a passionate, responsible, and happy work atmosphere, so that everyone can better devote themselves to the upcoming work. The company specially organized " Dream in heart, light in eyes, go all out, create brilliance together ” Team building activities, aiming to enrich employees' spare time, further strengthen team cohesion, improve team's teamwork ability, and better serve customers.
12 Month 7 In the morning, we set off from the company to our destination, Jiao Changwei. At noon 12 o'clock, we arrived at our destination. There, we tasted the local specialty seafood feast, and everyone enjoyed it very much. In the afternoon, the activities officially began. The company organized various exciting activities, and the employees gave full play to their teamwork spirit, were not afraid of difficulties, and successfully completed one activity after another. The scene of the activities was both passionate and warm and harmonious. In each activity, the employees cooperated tacitly, carried forward the spirit of selfless dedication and teamwork, helped and encouraged each other, and enthusiastically poured out their youthful passion. Finally, everyone boarded a small boat and took a circle around the sea.
At 6 pm, the company started to organize a barbecue party. At the party, everyone showed their skills, clinking glasses, exchanging cups, and enjoying themselves.
The next morning at 9 o'clock, we set off for Qiniang Mountain. After arriving at our destination, we went to the National Geopark for a visit. During the visit, we couldn't help but marvel at the wonders of nature and feel the charm of nature.
After the visit, we started the last project of this team building: conquering the peak. The activity location is Qiniang Mountain, the second highest peak in Shenzhen, with an altitude of 869 meters and a total length of 2000 meters. In this activity, everyone adhered to the spirit of never giving up, never abandoning, and persevering. After more than two hours of trekking, we stood on the top of the mountain, and the scene before us was breathtaking: the sky was high and the clouds were light, the mountains were continuous, the world seemed to be at our feet, and fatigue instantly dissipated. Climbing a mountain is like life. At the foot of the mountain, we yearn for the beautiful scenery at the top of the mountain and embark on our journey; the mountain road is steep, and our physical strength is consumed, and we doubt whether we can persevere; during the climb, we face choices, just like life choices, hesitating, but as long as we have firm beliefs, we will eventually approach our goals. Standing on the top of the mountain, I feel open-minded and carefree, and trivial worries are insignificant. Mountain climbing teaches us: difficulties and challenges are the necessary path to success, overcoming difficulties is an opportunity for growth, and the vision and mood of reaching the top of the mountain are the rewards of perseverance. In addition, mountain climbing allows us to cherish the beauty of nature. Standing on the top of the mountain, breathing the fresh air, feeling the breeze, and experiencing the tranquility and harmony of being one with nature, we realize that we should stop in our busy lives and go into nature.
Finally, mountain climbing is not only physical exercise but also spiritual cultivation. It teaches us to bravely face difficulties, have firm beliefs, and pursue higher goals. In the future, we hope that we can all bravely face the challenges of life and welcome a bright future.
